TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. SCOPE

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through the online store operated by Imprerial Law UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

2. CONTRACTING PARTY

Imprerial Law UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Amselweg 7
24616 Brokstedt
Germany
Email: support@imprerial-law.com

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour, measurements, placement, materials or finish may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances and the handmade or made-to-order nature of many products.

4. ORDER PROCESS AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products in our online store does not itself constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order through the checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your order. An automated order-receipt email confirms that we have received your order and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order or confirm dispatch, whichever occurs first.

5. PRICES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

The prices and any applicable taxes, shipping costs and other charges are displayed in the online store and during checkout before you submit your order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply and, unless stated otherwise, are borne by the recipient.

6. PAYMENT

The payment methods currently available for your country and order are displayed during checkout. Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers under their applicable terms and privacy information.

7. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Most of our products are made to order and production begins after an order has been placed. The estimated total timeframe from order placement to delivery is approximately 10–14 business days and includes both production and shipping. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, order volume, product complexity or circumstances outside our control.

8. DELIVERY

We deliver only to destinations offered during checkout. Available shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery information are displayed before the order is submitted. Some orders may arrive sooner than the estimated timeframe.

9. PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as pre-order are not immediately available for dispatch. Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe shown on the relevant product page forms part of the product information. Where payment is collected at checkout, the order amount is charged in accordance with the selected payment method.

10. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

If a product is manufactured according to an individual specification selected by you or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded to the extent permitted by Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB). This may include, for example, a jersey individually produced with a customer-selected name or number.

11. RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

12. STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS

Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. Details are provided on our separate Right of Withdrawal page.

14. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Information regarding returns, exchanges, defective goods and return costs is provided on our separate Returns & Exchanges page. Voluntary exchange options do not restrict statutory rights.

15. APPLICABLE LAW

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply under the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

16. CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, insofar as no statutory obligation to participate applies.
