RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at return@imprerial-law.com.
Please include your order number and a brief description of your request. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address after reviewing your request.
STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from your online purchase within the applicable statutory period. Full information is available on our separate Right of Withdrawal page.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us before returning it and include your order number together with a description of the issue. Where the goods are defective or an incorrect item was supplied by us, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and we bear the necessary costs of statutory supplementary performance, including applicable transport costs.
EXCHANGES
Where we voluntarily offer an exchange, exchanges are subject to product and size availability. A voluntary exchange option does not limit your statutory rights.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
You may inspect goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, where the statutory requirements are met.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products manufactured according to an individual specification selected by you or clearly personalised for you. This may include, for example, a jersey individually produced with a customer-selected name or number.
