This Privacy Policy explains how Imprerial Law UG (haftungsbeschränkt) processes personal data when you visit or use our online store, contact us, create an account or place an order.

2. DATA WE PROCESS
Depending on how you use our store, we may process identification and contact data, billing and shipping details, order information, account information, communications with us, technical device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers and information necessary to process payments, deliveries, returns or fraud prevention.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
We process personal data where necessary to perform a contract or take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), for our legitimate interests such as operating and securing the store, preventing fraud and handling customer service requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or on the basis of your consent where consent is required, for example for optional cookies or marketing technologies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. SHOPIFY
Our online store is operated using Shopify. Shopify and companies within the Shopify group provide the technical ecommerce infrastructure required to operate the store and may process personal data on our behalf or as otherwise described in Shopify's privacy documentation. Data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area where appropriate safeguards are used.
5. ORDERS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
When you place an order or create a customer account, we process the data required to process your purchase, communicate with you, arrange production and delivery, provide customer service and comply with accounting and tax obligations.
6. PAYMENTS
Payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout. If you select a payment service provider, information required to process the payment may be transmitted directly to or processed by that provider. The provider's own privacy information may also apply.
7. PRODUCTION, FULFILMENT AND SHIPPING
To manufacture, fulfil and deliver your order, we may share the information necessary for fulfilment with production, logistics and shipping service providers. We only provide the data required for the relevant service.
8. CONTACT REQUESTS
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, to manage your order, return or other contractual matter.
9. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our store may use cookies and similar technologies that are technically necessary to provide the website and checkout. Optional analytics, advertising or marketing technologies will only be used where permitted by applicable law and, where required, after obtaining your consent.
10. MARKETING

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or for as long as statutory commercial, tax, warranty or other retention obligations require. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised unless continued storage is legally permitted or required.
13. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have the right to access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, receive data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
14. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
