How long does production & delivery take?
Many of our pieces are made to order and carefully produced after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days from order placement to delivery. This estimated timeframe includes both production and shipping. Some orders may arrive sooner.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, customs processing and circumstances outside our control.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact us at return@imprerial-law.com and include your order number and a short description of your request. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition.
Can personalized or custom-made items be returned?
Personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from returns or exchanges where permitted by applicable law. If you are unsure about your order, contact us before placing it.
Where can I find sizing information?
When a size guide is available for a product, you will find it directly on the product page under Size chart. If no size chart is shown yet, the measurements have not been added for that product.
