SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Most of our pieces are made to order and carefully produced after your order has been placed.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days from order placement to delivery. This estimated timeframe includes both production and shipping.

Some orders may arrive sooner. Delivery may occasionally take longer depending on the destination, customs processing, order volume, product complexity or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING

We ship to selected destinations within Europe and internationally. The countries currently available for your order are shown during checkout.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs and delivery options are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information where tracking is available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains products with different production or availability times, the items may be shipped together once the complete order is ready, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
