RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information on the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
Imprerial Law UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Amselweg 7
24616 Brokstedt
Germany
Email: support@imprerial-law.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You may use our model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery are not reimbursed.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged fees by us for the reimbursement.
RETURN OF GOODS
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
Please contact return@imprerial-law.com before sending the goods. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address. This return process does not limit your statutory right to declare withdrawal within the withdrawal period.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods in the event of a statutory withdrawal, unless we have agreed otherwise.
DIMINISHED VALUE
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where the statutory requirements are met.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law. In particular, it may not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to an individual selection or specification made by the consumer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. This may include individually personalised products such as jerseys produced with a customer-selected name or number.
